This policy explains what AgentFaktory collects, why we collect it, how optional analytics work, and how you can exercise privacy rights.
1. Who we are
AgentFaktory provides AI, data, analytics, and automation services. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through agentfaktory.ai, our chatbot, our contact forms, and related communications.

2. Personal data we collect
- Contact details you provide, such as name, email address, company, role, and message.
- Chatbot content, including conversation history, page context, and information you choose to share in the chat.
- Voice mode audio, microphone input, and generated transcripts when you choose to use the chatbot's voice feature.
- MCP demo prompts and tool arguments when you use AI-enhanced MCP planning tools.
- Lead and business context, including company details, stated interests, pages viewed, and follow-up notes.
- Technical data, such as IP-derived metadata or hashes, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, and server logs.
- MCP demo usage analytics, such as tool name, request timestamp, user agent, status, and IP hash.
- Analytics data collected only after consent, including page views, anonymous site events, and interaction patterns.
- Email and communication records when you contact us or respond to our messages.
3. How we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries, qualify leads, and arrange discovery calls.
- To operate and improve the chatbot, contact forms, website, and related services.
- To understand which services, industries, and pages are useful to visitors.
- To secure the website, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, and maintain business records.
- To prepare proposals, provide services, and manage pre-contract or client relationships.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, or security obligations.
4. Legal bases and consent
Depending on your location and the interaction, we process data based on consent, legitimate business interests, steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or legal obligations.
Optional analytics storage and session analytics are disabled until you accept them. Google Analytics runs with Consent Mode defaults set to denied unless you accept analytics. You can later reopen Privacy settings in the footer and decline optional analytics.
5. Chatbot and AI processing
The chatbot may process messages using AI systems and supporting service providers. Chat transcripts may be stored so we can continue a conversation, avoid duplicate leads, understand your request, and follow up appropriately.
If you start voice mode, your microphone audio is streamed to our AI provider to support a live speech-to-speech conversation. Generated transcripts may be stored with the chat history for continuity, lead context, and follow-up.
Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information, regulated health or financial data, passwords, payment details, or secrets through the chatbot or forms unless we have agreed a secure channel with you.
6. Analytics, cookies, and Clarity recordings
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. The Google tag may load in denied mode before consent, without enabling analytics cookies. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after you accept optional analytics. Chat messages and contact form fields are marked for Clarity masking so recordings should not show readable form or chat content.
Analytics helps us understand site performance and improve content. We do not use analytics data to sell personal information.
7. Service providers
- Hosting and server infrastructure providers.
- Email and Microsoft 365 services used to send lead notifications and respond to enquiries.
- Analytics providers, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, when you consent.
- AI, database, logging, and operational providers used to run the website and chatbot.
- AI providers used to generate richer MCP demo outputs when you call AI-enhanced MCP planning tools.
8. International transfers
Our providers and systems may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.
9. Retention
We keep lead, contact, and chatbot records only for as long as reasonably needed for sales follow-up, service delivery, security, legal, and business record purposes. As a working rule, lead and chatbot records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship, dispute, legal obligation, or security investigation.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, including under GDPR or UAE PDPL-style regimes, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for optional analytics.

11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect personal data, including access controls, server security, and masked analytics capture for sensitive on-page areas. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Updates
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
