This Cookie Policy explains how agentfaktory.ai uses browser storage, cookies, and optional analytics technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. Essential storage

Some browser storage is needed to run normal site features, remember theme or consent choices, and keep the chatbot usable. Essential storage does not require optional analytics consent.

3. Optional analytics

We run Google Analytics 4 using Google Consent Mode. The Google tag may load with analytics storage denied by default, and analytics cookies are not enabled unless you accept optional analytics. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after you accept optional analytics.

If you accept optional analytics, these tools help us understand page usage, technical performance, and whether visitors find the site useful.

• Google Analytics 4: measures page views and anonymous interaction events.
• Microsoft Clarity: provides aggregated behavior analytics, heatmaps, and session analytics.
• Chat messages and contact form fields are marked for Clarity masking.
• GA4 receives your consent choice before measurement storage is enabled. Clarity is not loaded until you accept analytics.

4. Consent choices

When you first visit, you can accept or decline optional analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not keep asking on every page.

You can change your choice later using Privacy settings in the footer. Declining analytics updates Google consent to denied and sends a denied consent signal to Microsoft Clarity.

5. What happens if you decline

If you decline optional analytics, the website remains available. GA4 remains in denied consent mode without analytics cookies, and Clarity is not loaded unless you later accept analytics.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies and site storage from your browser settings. If you clear storage, the site may ask for your consent choice again.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our analytics setup, providers, or legal requirements change.
